English in template, Arabic on forum?

Hi,

I added a second navbar under the original and I added several links in English. How do I make them appear in their Arabic translation on the forum?

How would I do this for any modifications I add to my forum?

Add phrases to the global phrasegroup and then put $vbphrase['varname'] in the template instead of the text.
