I currently have 3 "Installed Products", and they are: Archive Adsense, Left Side Column, and vBSEO. In addition, I have modified my site's header (banner) and FORUMHOME (small banners).

Do I have to uninstall all 3 "Installed Products" and revert all templates before I upgrade from 3.6 to 3.6.1?

We do not have knowledge about the compatibility of modifications, you will need to contact the author of the modification to verify this.

You will be notice in your AdminCP about which templates need to be reverted after upgrading.
