I have several ideas for programs that I would like to develop for my vBulletin based websites. I'm also thinking that their might be an interest in other websites in purchasing these programs. So I'm looking for a program that I can use to develop the PHP/MySQL templates, databases, etc. and can create a PHP "package" that can be downloaded and installed to a website. Can anyone direct me to a product that can be used to develop PHP programs that can be distributed? Thanks for any input. :)
