Themes wont install

Hey, i try to install some themes for my VB 3.6.1 install but when i try i get a message saying

Sorry, no XML was passed into this function and the $path variable empty

System Info: Win32 usin IIS

any ideas?

If you purchased this style, you will need to get with the author of the style for support. It could very well be something wrong with the style itself, and we have no way to diagnose that.

Or it could be improper XML in PHP. You may have to recomplile PHP with --with-xml
