3.6.0 to 3.6.1 upgrade didn't take??

I've just upgraded (see title) and I'm still seeing the warning that my site is running 3.6.0, and that I should download the upgrade (even though I already finished upgrading). The version number at the bottom of the page still says 3.6.0, too... any tips?

Make sure you're uploading all the 3.6.1 files, overwriting your current files, and then run upgrade.php again.
