3.6.0 > 3.6.1 Admin CP Problems

I've just upgraded to VB 3.6.1 and everything seems to have gone smooth except for some reason my Admin CP options have disappeared, this is what it looks like (Check Attachment).

Anyone got a solution for this? I need something to be done quickly, I've just deactivated my board and can't enable it again!

As i have also responded to your support ticket:

Please reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

You should at least do this for the files in your ./includes/xml directory.
