Could people please post some resources other than vBHacker.com, vBulletin.org, and vB-{url}.com? I would like to really modify alot of my vBulletin and it will be great to have this software, I know it :D
EDIT: As in {url} that means like vB-style.com and stuff like that

vBulletin.org is actually the best resource for modding vBulletin. Plus a lot of the mods are so easy to write, you could write a ton yourself without needing to use someone else's mods.

Eh, I know vB.org is the best, but they don't have all the modifications lol.
I know nothing of anything like PHP, MySQL except for a few quiries (sp?), or PERL, nor CSS.
I can only program HTML.

Furst of all i suggest you start by running your vBulletin board with only the realy necessary modifications needed for your target. The biggest mistake you can make is installing too many modifications that you don't really need.
Please also keep in mind that adding modifications might also increase the chance of opening yourself to security vulnerabilities.
