Can I use vBulletin forum software on free web hosts?? Like www.unlimitedmb.com (http://www.unlimitedmb.com) ?

Usually free hosting are limited and crippled installations, I do not recommend to do so. But as long as they are an established company offering proper free hosting with a web server that supports ftp access, php and 1 mysql database, yes .. it should work.
