I own a vbulletin already, but my 1 year update expired.

I wish to purchase another for another website, can I download the new 3.6 for example, and upgrade both boards? Or do I have to pay more ($30 or whatever) to upgrade my old board?

Each license must be renewed individually so that each board can legally use the latest version.
