Jelsoft has not provided any foreign language templates.

Instead of getting angry and upset, maybe you should start translating. All the German, Dutch, French, Arabic and other language templates were created by customers who had a need for them.

Since you seem to be the only in need of a Spanish template here, then you should work on fulfilling it.
