Wasn't sure where to post ths or who to contact. I have registered with VB.org and we do have a valid license however it is not being recognized by VB.org so I cannot d/l any hacks or updates. Hopefully someone here can help with that. Thanks in advance.

Make sure you use the same e-mail address as you did when you purchased the license, or one of the priority support e-mail addresses associated with the license.

I did. It's a priority support address.

The only thing I did not fill out durring registration was the website url. Perhaps that's the cause of it?

I tried clearing all cookies & temp files and it's still saying unlicensed.

If you really are using the correct address, then either you have not activated your account or you haven't waited long enough for the systme to update your status (up to one hour.)

Note: The most common problem is that people are registered with a different address than they thought.

The priority suport email was added yesterday.


I registered with VB.org a few hours ago.


I just doublecheck and both emails are identical with no spelling errors.


I'll try again later today but I thought it would have been active by now.
