I can't download [Archive] - vBulletin Community Forum

Why can't i download an atachment in the language forum?
It say's that i have no privileges.
I do have a owned licence, so what's happenend?

problem solved, i did have to activate a second e-mail adres to my account.

Thigs cut be easier here...
