need a free vbulletin license (read)

Hello i would liek to know if anyone is offering a life time vbulletin license for free.i would like to be the first admin (number 1) i have my own hosting and dmaon for it.

reason:i am opening a new skinning site and we need a vbulletin forum (to test skins) also i will use it for other reason like peopel who need help with vb or ipb or if.Pm or email james@Creativeskins.co.uk.or post here.
