I get this error when I try to log in to my admin account for my forum.

'In order to accept POST request originating from this domain, the admin must add this domain to the whitelist.'

How can this be accomplished?

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings -> Post Referrer Whitelist

My problem is, it won't let me log into admin control. It simply gives me the error when i try.

And if i can't log in, then I can't change the settings for the whitelist.

First, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. Also be sure to upload the admincp files to whichever directory you have set in your config.php file.

Next, disable all plugins.

Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Reuploading vBulletin is not necessary to resolve this clearly defined problem.

If you cannot get into the AdminCP because of a Whitelist issue, make this change:

Add this line to your includes/config.php right under <?php

define('SKIP_REFERRER_CHECK', true);

Once you get into the AdminCP, setup the Whitelist and then remove the line from your config file. The purpose of the Whitelist/Referrer check is to reduce/eliminate XSS security attacks.
