Active Threads

The most popular hack on my UBB is the Active Threads. This allows the users to see the 15 or user defined number of threads on the main web page. Can this be done with vB? Can it be built into the software instead of needing to be hacked in?

Actually i'm hoping that John will include it in the script itself once he's squashed any remaining bugs :) Will be another reason for people to ditch 'that other forum' as it is a really popular (and server intensive) hack over there. Come on bloke, you know you want to!
