Hi having trouble installing on step 3 :(

Hi, I'am having problem setting up step3 :(

here is the error

Warning: 0 is not a MySQL link index in db_mysql.php on line 37

contact webhost to make sure the username and password are correct. If they are correct, it shouldnt give you an 'access denied' message.

Is there a separate username and PW for php database access? because I tried the one they gave us for the admin center and it didn't work :(

I guess I will have to contact them.

It is all in how they set it up. If they don't know how to set it up, it would be a good hint to find another provider.

It is really easy when you have the correct user and password and IP address (if not installed on the same machine).

This has probably occured because the user that you have does not have permission to create databases. You will have to create the database manually through the admin center that you mention.
