3.0.8 to 3.6 fresh install

I'm importing my 3.0.8 to a fresh install of 3.6 with a new database.

All I want to import is the forums and maybe a handful of users. I started the Impex install, and got as far as the Install -> Install in the ACP. I'm then asked to "Enter Customer number" and I do so. It says "success... 'redirecting'" and after that, I'm left at a blank page.

I double and triple checked my ImpExConfig.php and the old and new database names, users, and passwords are correct. They are both on localhost as well.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for the quick reply. I checked all of those and I seem to be fine.

I did this Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> GZIP HTML Output -> No
but it didn't make a difference.This only happens in my impex directory, all of the other pages in the ACP are fine.

I also get a blank page when I go to impex/help.php

Did you reupload the Impex files Honestly those are all the known causes of this problem at this time.

Just reuploaded, still getting blanks.

The impex/index.php file gets to where it's looking for ImpExConfig.php. I tried to rename that file to something else, I get an error saying that it couldn't find it.
