Problem with member list and statistics

I've imported my phpbb2, and Update the Threads and Forums counters but the member list only have one user (the administrator), however in the forum statistics says the real number of users.

Also, in some forums in index says for example 28 Threads, access to the forum and inside only appears 4 posts.

What is the problem? I've updated all counters.

As for the member list you haven't sorted out the usergroups and for the threads its the :

AdmincCP > Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager > Forum > Default View Age
