Forgot Customer Information For Login

Hello. I forgot my customer login info to download my vBulletin pack. When I go to do the "request password" after I cancel from the login page, it does not send me an e-mail with my information. I have been waiting 48 hours now for an e-mail and I have still not received anything. Every other time that I have done this, it has worked just fine.

What is going on?
