Instant email notification

Hi,
i have strange problem after upgraded to 3.6.
There is a lot of Instant email notification with no letters , but with those numbers and characters:

Some of the email notification are with no problem.

my site is in hebrew.

Did it work in 3.5.x? Is this only happening to some users, or to all the users, but only sometimes?

I didn't had this problem in vb v3.5.

It's happen in some of the messages.

Sometimes I get this message with the problem and sometimes not.
Even if it's the same user.

It's seems to me that it's because the message itself , maybe one of the characters. (? , " , ' etc...).

First I recommend reuploading all the default vBulletin non-image files in ASCII mode, overwriting your current files. Also disable Plugins globally in your vBulletin Options.

If that doesn't make a difference, add a new style, selecting 'No parent Style'. Switch to this style in your UserCP and see if this still happens.

If so, please open a support ticket, providing AdminCP, FTP and phpMyAdmin login details, as well as a full description of the problem.

Hi,
I did all you advised me to do , and still the same.

So i did some tests and i found that all the numbers and characters that the users get to their mail as Instant email notification, are just when users reply with the quick reply. (My forum lang is hebrew ,when i write in english , it's warking fine.)

I hope that it will help to solve the problem.

If not then there's not really any way for me to troubleshoot this.

My site move my site to server that support iconv, and it's working fine.
