Replicating to a backup install for testing

Could somebody please tell me what needs to be changed to copy an existing site to a new folder so I can do a test upgrade from 3.5.3 to 3.6

I can copy the files and database ok, and change the database settings to look at the copy instead of the original, but what other changes do I need to make.

Current site installed at domain.tld/ and want to copy it to domain.tld/testupgrade/

Make sure the config file points at the copy of the database and really thats all you need.

Thanks Zachery, but what about all the settings that point to file locations such as Forum URL and Homepage URL in the vB options?

You should update those but they shouldn't destory or messup the test upgrade in anyway.
