Skin problem

Having now upgraded my forum i have a skin issue.

I made the skin on the old version 3.5.4 and now when i refresh the page the standard VB skin shows up and my logo disappears, any ideas?

I also have a problem with the quick reply, when i try to post a quick reply i get this:

20074

Replying in the normal way works fine, and when i go to refresh the message shows up.

Did you revert all the templates after the upgrade ?
