Are downloaded versions stamped (unique)?

I have two boards to upgrade from vBulletin 3.5.4 to 3.6.0. I noticed that when I download v3.6.0 it downloads a file with the license id as part of the filename, and the contents inside are timestamped with the current time, so the archive appears to be generated at the time of download.

Is the license actually embedded in each download, i.e. now (and in the future), do I have to download a separate copy for each board, or can I work off the same tarball, to upgrade both boards?

You can only run one instance of each license, and as such you will need to download two packages to update your two boards.

Each package of files has your License Number written at the top of the files.
