View Full Version : Cannot run Installation Script

Purchased software a few hours ago and have been following the Manual.

When I run the Installation Script and enter my Customer Number I get a brief message saying 'Customer Number Entered Successfully' and then it asks for it again!
The manual suggests this means the number cannot be verified.
I have copied and pasted it from the Customer Support email and typed it in carefully!

Are there any other reasons for this or do I need to contact Customer Services?

Make sure all the files uploaded are 100% uploaded. And no files are missing.
And make sure you are using the customer account number, and not the license number.
