Renewing License from vbulletin-chinese.com, get support here?

I had bought "owned license" here in Nov 2004, of course expired now, my question is if I get license renewed from vbulletin-chinese.com, will I get the corresponding supports(e.x download the newest vBulletin version) here after that renewal?
