Hosting suggestion

Here is my current server and specs etc that i did for a server optimization

I'm moving into a better server because I want to start selling more hosting etc. and as my site is expending as well.

I dont want to spend over $210 at this stage, but saying that I would like cpanel/whm/fantastico/rvskins/whmxtra/ all the good stuff and a managed server o_O

Would the server be suitable

I've been looking for the last month quite a bit, and I'm just not quite sure what I should get still.

My current server runs out in 10 days so the sooner I decide the better, incase there is a 7 day warning that i need to give them.

So if you have expierence then give me your advice, it will be appreciated.

Which one is better and why and any documentation or other threads would be great.

Both the same really the AMD Opteron is a server chip
