I want the Longhorn plan which includes

JPC Account Manager
Cpanel Control Panel
UNLIMITED Domains
UNLIMITED MySQL
Free SSL (secure site)
All MegaFeatures included
6 GB Diskspace
180 GB Bandwidth Per Mo.
(6 GB Bandwidth Per day!)"
its shared hosting
for 7 something a month

I am scared

I hear all these horror stories about how Jaguar takes peoples site off and stuff after they reach a certain amount of bandwidth or whatever, is that true? (then again I hear horror stories about EVERY host)

my site currently has 1000 members and 20,000 posts with about 20-30 users on a time during peak hours. the site is a rap forum, just a community forum, no music files or vids, no arcades and nothing fancy like that. basically just posts, a place where people chat with each other like here. there are avatars though, but only 116 X 116

is the longhorn plan for me or no? and how much is the limit of this plan?

like statistics wise. how many people at a time can it hold, how many posts, members, ect???

I'm with JaguarPC on a VPS though and have a forum with Threads: 19,622, Posts: 149,316, Members: 3,372 if thats any help.

I don't know how you would get on with the Longhorn package, but you could contact Greg (the owner) and tell him your needs and he WILL give you an honest answer.

He is available on Jaguars own forums, also on WHT, as far as people telling you horror stories, many of them have a hidden agenda.

JPC do offer a 30 day money back guarantee, so ignore other people and make your decision based on real experiences.

Currently active users 71
and most active has been:
Most users ever online was 295, 05-05-2006,

at no time has the server fallen over on me due to to many connections, HOWEVER I must reitterate, thats on a VPS not a shared server.

Stay the heck away from JaguarPC! Last year, I lost of all of my web files -- when the server I was on went down along with the backup server!! And I wasn't the only one. It was a total mess that lasted several days. Nice people over there but that one issue let me know that all host companies are not created equal. Never again.
