Just upgraded 3.5.4 to RC1, no AdminCP menu options?

On my CP Navigation sidebar I have my ecDownloads and iTrader options, and one other collapsable menu, entitled "*[]*". The only option available when I expand this is also "*[]*". Any suggestions?

Plugins are not supported, turn off the hook system and see if this is fixing it.

Re-upload the original vbulletin files and see if that fixes it.
