Ignore Blacklisted settings

When importing the settings of a board what does Ignore Blacklisted settings mean?

Maybe not the perfect explanation, but here is how i understand it:

Some settings are better not exported/imported as they are tied to the location the board is installed in (and probably a few other reasons), mostly internal settings.

With the default import/export settings for your vBulletin Options, these settings will not be included with the im-/export.

Ignore Blacklisted = Yes (default) will skip the settings that have the blacklist switch set to Yes.
