Hey Everyone!
I have said that I wasn't in a hurry to open my board but I have done alot of work on it already.
Can I get some opinions on the way it's coming out?
Things that I have done already installed a theme, links directory, 15 forums, adsense, small banner added with website name. I am tired :(
Next things to come are add-ons, site rules, smilies and more...

All opinions will be taken into considerations.
Thanks Everyone.

Your style does not look very clan or game themed. I would suggest finding something for the header that at least establishes the idea of gaming.

The Q and A forum columns are out which makes it look a bit weird. Other than that it looks nice and clean. I can't really think of much else to suggest at the moment.
Looks good :).
EDIT : As above, he does have a point. It looks like a business site, maybe try and jazz it up a little bit?

It's boring, you are using a skin that loads of other people are using, you don't have any kind of branding as you have text in your head (which I'm assuming is not a logo beacuse if it was the text below it would be stretched to the width of the text above it. I don't know what you expect us to say? Do something original!

Thanks Everyone!
I don't really like too busy looking themes. I like themes that are plain and simple. :(
For the Q & A section I am working on some stuff to put there. Once I make some post it will take the width of the other forums.
The small banner was my idea I wanted "Clans.ws" in big letters and "Where clans come to meet" in small letters right under it.
The theme that is there now it was a theme that I purchased back in january for my other board that I do not own anymore.
I am still looking for other themes.
If anyone has any suggestions on what theme to use and where can I get it from please let me know!
Thank YOU! for your opinions!

I don't know if you noticed but the theme that I am using now it resembles to me like the default vb theme which I happened to like alot :)

The theme by itself has a very soft business approach.

I like the style, I am not sure if it speaks to me that it is a clan web site due to it though. The adsense is sticking to the 'to register please login' yellow box. I'd add a <br /> after the adsense code.
Also note that adsense shows on multiple pages like register.php which isn't permitted by google. I believe login/register/search pages aren't permitted to list adsense. You can tweak this using a conditional.
<if condition="THIS_SCRIPT != 'search'">
your adsense code
</if>
This will not show it on the search.php pages.

Not really a fan of the header, you need a proper logo really :) Also the arcade banner distracts somewhat. Various add-ons from vB.org look good on clan sites. Maybe change the colours around a bit?

Thanks GUYS!
I am many has suggested the samething about the theme. I have tried a few dark themes and there's one that I like but I can't get the top banner and bottom banners to 760 :(
Floris there's something weird with this template I tried many times entering <br /> but it doesn't work the only way is if I add <div align="center"> what ever here </div> and then <br /> then it works.
I am looking around from free to paid templates but I haven't found one that I really like. :(
I'm too stuck on the vb default theme :( blue.

Thanks FLORIS,
I changed the adsense and added the <br /> to forumhome, forumdisplay and showthread.
From yesterday and today I have notice about 9 - 10 people wanting to register to the board.
:)
