Forgive me if this is already here somewhere... Tried searching but had no luck.
I understand HOW to upgrade. Done it a few times already.
My question is how to do it without causing the board errors if members try to come over during the process. I Turn vb Off before hand, but once you get so far into the upload of files and folders, They see the errors.
How do others do it?
Also, Would it be possible for vb to release an upgrade only version that would just require an upload of the changed files? I'm sure that 3.6 beta 2 to beta 4 has some modest changes yet I need to replace everything.
Maybe some of my issues stem from the fact that I'm on a Satellite ISP and my upload of that many files and folders takes a while.
