Themes restricted to certain user groups?

Not sure if this should be here or under the vBulletin 3.5 Troubleshooting and Problems section.

I want to create a child theme on my forums that only one user group can select. Is this possible?

There is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.
