I went to do a FRESH install today (not upgrade) and I received a funny error at step 3:

vBulletin 3.6.0 Beta 3 requires MySQL version 4.0.16 or greater. Your MySQL is version 4.0.16-standard, please ask your host to upgrade.

LMAO!
