Hi there,

If I want to upgrade from 3.5.4 to 3.6, do I have to install the add-ons again that were installed from vbulletin.org in 3.5.4?

Any direct code modifications will be overwritten. Any plugins will not be overriden. However some plugins will have problems with 3.6 and you may need an upgrade for 3.6.0 Beta 3. You should contact the author of all your modifications to see if they have tested them in 3.6.0 before upgrading.
