I just purchased a license, then succinctly screwed up the url I'm using and thus screwing up the email address I used. I have a ticket open with my host to resolve it, but I'm not sure what to do on this end.

Send an email to vBulletin sales using the link below and include payment details, the email address you used and the email address you want. We will update your account and send you the details.

Well, I still want to use that email address, but I assume some account information was sent there. Should I wait until it's back up, then ask them to resend the account login details?

You could do that or request it to be resent using:

If it says address cannot be found, does that mean it hasn't finished processing yet?

One other small note, I'm currently on business in India. It may be a little wonky though as I'm VPN'd into our network in the US, so I don't know how my IP is going to show up. If I need to verify anything to show I'm not a scammer or something I can.

I updated my ticket almost 2 hours ago now, but I haven't heard back from anyone. Also it's been 24 hours since I purchased the license using a credit card. Is there anything else I can or should do?

Thank you, I think it may have gotten hung up in the credit card processing part, most likely due to the IP showing as India. I'll just use my paypal this time so it goes right through.
