After going through some major trouble with DreamHost , I've decided to transfer my site to either asmallorange (http://www.asmallorange.com/services/hosting/) or iFuse Hosting (http://www.ifusehosting.com/services/linux/personal.html).

Can anyone help me to decide by telling me about their experiences?

My forum is quite small, 1'000 members who don't post a lot. It's actually mainly for myself, kind of a hobby. < / dork > So anyway, I'd appreciate any comment on either one of those plans.

iFuse

Web Space: 800 MB
Monthly Data Transfer: [B]6.8 GB
Email Accounts: Unlimited
Subdomains: Unlimited
FTP Accounts: Unlimited
Parked/Add-On Domains: 3
Domain Name: £5/year
Control Panel: cPanel
24x7x365 Support: Yes
Price per Month: £2 / $4
Price per Year: £18 / $36

asmallorange

tiny: 75MB space | 3GB bandwidth | 25$ per year
small: 400MB space | 10GB bandwidth | 5$ per month
medium: 1'000MB space | 25GB bandwidth | 10$ per month

asmallorange is more expensive as I'll use those 400MB [I think] and it has this '2 months for free if you order for a year' plan while iFuse gives you 3 months for a one year order.

As I said, I'd be thankful for any help! :)

I started with a Shared plan on ASO, then went to a dedciated server and am now on an owned server with them. You won't beat Customer Support from ASO.

Thanks for all your helpful answers. It looks like I won't have to decide after all because a friend offered to host on his servers, yay!
