One of my friends is planning to start his own board soon. He'll need to buy a vBulletin license as well as d/l the program here and asked me if there's a way for me to refer him like f.i. send out invitations or when you sign up on some forums put in the name of an existing user as a referrer. I went looking everywhere but didn't find anything.
