choose several forums to post single message

I don't know if this is a possibility which one will allow to choose several forums to post single message?
but could there be some way in which one particular thread/image could be piggybacked into other selected forums so-as to enable one image to open into several optional threads at once?
This way it might be possible to select (for example) three different forums and to start a different thread in each, but to use a single master image (attachment) which all three could access!!!
For example you want to post watercolor portrait... so you can choose right away watercolor and portrait forums, and then Your post will appear in two forms, or major post will be on the "portrait forum", but on the "watercolor forum" will appear redirection like "Move and leave redirect in previous forum"

There is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org (http://www.vbulletin.org).
