How to start installing?

Hi there,

I purchased a year lease of vB - and am starting thru the manual on how to install it. In my Vodahost Control Panel, I've created the MySQL database... but your manual says

"Before installing vBulletin you need to have PHP and MySQL and have created a database within the MySQL engine to hold vBulletin's data."

Does this mean I need to download PHP and MySQL onto my local hard drive first? Sorry I am new to both.

Please help?
