I want to take only the members, posts, threads, and arcade details out of my current database and import it into another. How would I do this?

So if a part of my database was corrupted, I would HAVE to start over, regardless of how many posts or members I had? Even if it was a particular table?

If your database were corrupted you might be able to repair it.
If you wanted to move over only specific data into a new forum you could do so by using ImpEx and only running those modules.
ImpEx won't work with vBulletin 3.6 while this is still in the beta phase though.
It also won't import data from addons like the arcade.
