What to do, 3,6 or not

Hey

I have a client thats about to launch his site in approx 1 month, i am installing a new vbulletin for him, and im wondering whether to just go for 3.6.0 Beta 1 now, or do a clean fresh stable release.


The reason im asking is because the template will be modified a lot, hacks etc too, so is it better to install the 3.6 beta 1, start modifying and wait for stable then upgrade?

vBulletin 3.6 will go through changes for bug fixes and template edits before it is released as stable. You will probably have a lot more work than if you work on a 3.5.4 installation.

Honestly, though talk to your client because either way you will be performing upgrades overtime. The stable version with support would be the one I recommend though.
