How to back-up??

Well I had 2 forums before the one I have now, all the same boards as well. Know why? errors.

Can someone just give me a quik 101 on how to back up your database. Because I did a stupid thing and upgraded 3.6 BETA 1 onto my live board :confused:

So anyone want to teach me quik :D

Well I did it with php my admin, becasue thats what I have and I cannot even get to my donaim name, can someone help please..
