Site downtime?

vbulletin.com was down for a good 5-6 hours today. I tried connecting on two different comps using two different net connections. All other sites loaded fine. Let's get some 411 here. :)

Yes apologies for that. Mysqld crashed at about 1am, and I have only just woken up to pick up the pieces (still lying in bed at the moment ;) ). We are moving onto new servers very soon, so this should be the last time that we have this problem.

I was wondering why the site wouldn't load. I wanted to see if I had any new replies to my topic that I posted. At first I thought it was my computer, but now I know :p. Thought I was going to have to get a new computer. It seemed the site would load fine, but the forums for some reason didn't.

bah! you're speaking in different time zones. :p for me it was down from about 5pm to 9pm (prime time for pointless posting!).
