Upgrading from Beta to Stable

If I upgraded my forum now and went to the effort of changing all the templates and updating plugins, then would I have to do it again when upgrading to stable?

Yes, you would have to update any modified templates and fix any problems with the plugins. The upgrade process will be the same as the one you just went through.

I'll wait until we are stable then as I have made a fair number of adjustments to my forum :)

PS. Do styles have to be re-done (the colors etc.)?

Colors most likely won't have any changes. However bugfixes could require changing templates or the CSS code to get working properly.
