Are they really as bad as some say they are, or have they improved since the move?

I was with F5hosting for a very long time. 4+ years in fact which is pretty lengthy in hosting terms. The move was disastorous. I stuck it out for a tad but enough was enough. Wasn't even remotely convinced hosting would ever be as rock solid as it once was (thanks Michael), much less even average when compared to others. It's ashame that a quality name was ruined in a matter of days.

Not sure how things are now but I wouldn't recommend them. Perhaps after more time has past and others chime in, they can rebuild their reputation? Dunno.

Well I ended up with ASO a few days ago, because they are basically the ONLY host with very little in the way of problem threads. Everywhere I go people are talking about them. I'm happy so far.

There are many hosts with "very little in the way of problem threads." I'm with a couple of them. But, I wish you the best. :)
