can't clean up database.

i was in the middle of importing a board on a fresh install. i am merging two boards. i can't seem to clean up the database and set the ids to 0.

ImpEx can not read the target database details from impex/ImpExConfig.php OR ../includes/config.php.
Please enter the target database details in ImpExConfig, or run ImpEx installed opposed to standalone.

i know the connection is there because it will take data from the source database and put it in the target database. but when i go to clean up i get the above error message.

if anyone else has this problem. be sure to set the target database in your impex config file. I don't know why it can import to it automatically by looking at vb's config file but wont let u clean up the database with out entering the database information in the impex config file

You might want to report this in the bug tracker (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=99), so that Jerry can fix it.

Not a bug, just have to add the target database details to ImpExConfig.
