Forums not Showing Up After Import

I just imported from IPB v1.2 and when I view my vB forum, it shows only the default forums (Main Cat, and Main Forum). I tried logging into the admin panel to see if they would be listed in the forum manager, but they aren't.

I took a look in PHPmyAdmin and the forums are listed in the database... but they won't show up on the forum

any ideas whats wrong?

After your import did you update all the counters in the maintenance section of the Admin Control Panel?

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters.
