Hard Disk Failure......Need New Hosting!!!

I have just had a disaster with my site. The server i am on had a RAID/hard disk failure. I had a back up of my database on my pc. but that was corrupted. the backups they had were on that server. which doesn't seem like good practice to me. And to top it all off. they have yet to set me up on a new server so i can get started rebuilding my site. the site So now i need to find new hosting. Can anyone give me any suggestion. i had on average 25 peeps on at the same time during peak time. I would greatly appreciate and suggestions. I have read through a few threads here saw a few hosts. but i am a lil uneasy right now about who i am going to go with. so i figured i would start my own thread and see what responses i would get.

How much space and bandwidth do you need? any control panel of preference?

http://robohostingsolutions.com/ I've been with them for years, you won't regret it, I've used other hosts and that one is far by the best in my expirience. I know their web page isn't much but support is top notch. I knew nothing about starting a forum or how to install one 3 years ago, they walked me through it. I can't say enough good things about them.
