I recently did an import from:
http://www.ganjagrocer.com/reviews/index.php (phpbb)

to:
http://www.ganjagrocer.com/forums/index.php (vb)

everything seem to go smoothly but on the vb forum, the dates says:
12-31-1969 07:00 PM

And also the posts are there but when you click to open the post there is nothing there:

http://www.ganjagrocer.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?s=&f=234&page=1&pp=20&sort=lastpost&order=desc&daysprune=-1

Is there a setting in VB options where I can have the default threads viewing starting from the begining?

Did you run the 'After an Import (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/main/impex_cleanup)' procedures? Please also see the ImpEx FAQ (http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/impex_faq) regarding the date issue.

You can set the default age view for each forum via the Forum Manager:

AdminCP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Default Age View

The join date: 1969
Site Admin on the users

The Site Admin issue is a user title or rank. Check them both.

I believe the join date is like that if there is no join date field in the imported database.
