Help Wanted - Customizing Style and Colors

Hello all

Just installed vbulletin and wanted to match the colors on my portal site to the vbulletin colors.

I also wanted to change some of the logos to match my style...

This seems to be a lot of work...any suggestions, shortcuts would be appreciated .

I would also consider hiring someone to do it.
